Yes, I pinky promise you these cakes are eatable. No, please do not allow how stunning and amazing they are to fool you into thinking they’re just a seating piece of art. A very close friend of mine in New York sent me a few pictures of a cake she was lucky enough to eat while attending a wedding over the weekend. She said “V, the cake was amazingly beautiful AND they managed to make it so moist and yummy”! I couldn’t stop laughing over the phone. The bride was happy to announce the cake was made by non other Eat Cake Be Merry! So, naturally I had to go and get more information on this baker who designed such amazing cakes.
